Congressman Sabath has introduced a drastic bill for the deporation, without trial, of aliens arrested for carrying concealed weapons, owning or operating gambling or lottery devices, violating the narcotic law, the white slave laws or owning houses of ill fame.

Congressman Sabath described the measure as “The most stringent deportation bill ever introduced,” explaining that he had always been in favor of protecting America against the above-mentioned classes. The deportation bill reported by the Committee, however, is unnecessarily harsh against certain classes,” Congressman Sabath stated.
