German Supreme Court Finds Fkitsch Guilty of Libel Against Warburg

Theodor Fritsch, editor of “Der Hammer” and notorious leader of the German anti-Semites, was found guilty of libel against Max Warburg and Dr. Melchior by the highest court in the land.

The Hanseatic Supreme Court upheld the decision of the Hamburg court to impose a sentence of four months imprisonment upon Theodor Fritsch who brought his appeal before the supreme court. The session lasted seven hours.
