Bernard Baron was chosen one of the six rich men of England most worthy of the appellation of “popular rich man” in a contest conducted by the London “Daily Express.”
From a list of eighteen multi-millionaires submitted by the paper the six were chosen by a vote of the readers. Mr. Baron was the only Jew chosen.
