Palestine Arabs Join Transjordania Opposition

The Anti-Lonist Arab nationalist leaders of Palestine have expressed their solidarity with the nationalist leaders of Trans-## who are carrying on agita## against British rule in the territary.

In a memorandum addressed to the ? Secretary of the Palestine government, H. C. Luke, the Palestine ? Executive supported the demands the Transjordanian opposition.

This letter to the Civil Secretary, ? Transiordanian leader formulates ? adopted recently at a ## of oppositional leaders at Am-? In reply Mr. Luke declares that as “astonished at the dissatisfaction some quarters with the Trans-## government.”

The establishment of a Legislative Council without the participation in it of the government ministers is impossible, the Secretary declared. The opposition must support the present government. Parliamentary government will be established in Transjordania only after the population has shown its ability to bear such responsibility, he added.

Three persons were killed and thrity wounded in a quarrel between Arab Moslem families in Nablus yesterday.

A company known as Religious Films, Inc., of New York, will film twenty Bible sories in Palestine.

The Rev. Dr. Wettling, an Episcopalian elergyman and Evan A. Watkins, who has spent considerable time in Palestine, will take a company of actors to Palestine in October.
