Seventeen engineers and architects, including one woman, were graduated from the Haifa Technicum at exercises which were held today.
M. M. Ussishkin presided at the graduation exercises. Miss Henrietta Szold member of the Zionist Executive, was one of the speakers. The Mayor of Haifa, representatives of the central government the departments of Education and Public Works and the District Commissioner were present.
