The Aid Committee for Jewish Emigrants in Paris is considering the possibility of establishing many hundreds of Bessarabian refugees as agricultural workers and farmers in southern France, it was learned here.

It is understood that the Jewish Colonization Association and the Joint Distribution Committee would support the plan.
