Of the 2,800 Russian refugees in Constantinople, about 1,000 have been deported, 1,000 have sought naturalization, and for most of the rest occupations will be found in Palestine, France, or Brazil, it was reported at the meeting of the Advisory Committee on Refugees at the International Labor Office of the League of Nations.
