At the initiative of the Central Federation of Jewish Artisans in Germany, a world conference of Jewish artisans was called for May 26 and 27 to be held at Beuthen, Upper Silesia.
The purpose of the conference is the establishment of a world federation of Jewish artisans. Representatives of Jewish artisan organizations in Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Czechoslovakia, Roumania and Belgium have signified their intention to attend.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
