Levinson Now Favors U.S. Entry in to World Court

Salmon O, Levinson, father of the plan to outlaw war by treaty, and internationally known as an advocate of peace, has reversed his stand on the entry of the United States into the World Court. Mr. Levinson announced yesterday that he now favors America’s participation.
