The period of grace that the Wailing Wall Commission allowed for a voluntary agreement between Moslems and Jews over the Wailing Wall is said to expire tomorrow night and no mutually satisfactory understanding is yet in sight. The attorney-general’s office has been busy completing the draft of an ordinance begun by Attorney-General Bentwich which is designed to give effect to the Moslem-Jewish agreement when and if reached.
