The Prussian Supreme Court has to-day quashed the sentences passed on seven Nazi students by the Lower Court in Berlin for taking part in the antisemitic disturbances at Berlin University.
The Berlin Court had sentenced the Nazi students a few days after the disturbances to terms of imprisonment ranging from eight months to four months.
The Supreme Court has fined one of the students 150 Marks and another 50 Marks for disturbing the peace, dismissing the charges against the rest.
The Democratic press protests that the Supreme Court is by its decision in this case practically inviting the Nazis to start fresh disturbances at the Universities.
