A left-wing Zionist youth named Berkowitsch, of East Galicia, was in police custody here today after his arrest late last night on charges of plotting an attack on Vladimir Jabotinsky, militant Revisionist (extreme rightwing Zionist) leader, who is taking an active part in the Eighteenth World Zionist Congress.
