One hundred and seventeen Jewish professors and instructors were dismissed from the University of Berlin alone, it was officially announced today.

Among those dismissed were 64 members of the medical faculty and 49 teachers in the philosophy faculty.

A Berlin court ruled today that Jews cannot become executors of wills even in cases where the deceased have stated so specifically.

In Breslau, a court ruled that Christians of Jewish descent are not entitled to display the sign “Christian store.”
