James B. Weaver, attorney, was the principal speaker at the third annual banquet of the Iowa Hebrew Home for the Aged of this city, other speakers including Joseph Lipshic, Rabbi David Graubart and Rabbi N. H. Zeichik. Mrs. Harry Ginsberg is president of the Home.
