Distinguished Jewish communal leader, head of State of Washington’s only Conservative congregation, and ranking B’nai B’rith officer in the state, P. Allen Rickles, widely known throughout the Pacific Northwest, today became the second Northwest Jew to hold a “line office” of District Grand Lodge No. 4 B’nai B’rith.
