League is Asked to Define Status

A resolution demanding that the League of Nations act immediately to regulate the status of the Staatenlose, was adopted unanimously at a conference held here under the auspices of the Austrian League of Nations Union. The conference considered in detail the acute problem of the Staatenlose, among whom are thousands of Jews. The Staatenlose are those without citizenship rights in any country.

Dr. Enil Margulies, representative of the Jewish League of Nations Union, was present at the conference and the Congress of Eupropean Minority Nationalities was represented by its president, Deputy Wilfan.
