The Jewish Day Celebration, backed by all Youngstown Jewish organizations, promises to be one of the biggest events local Jewry has staged in many years. It is expected to attract a large throng from the Mahoning Valley and nearby communities, on July 15, to Idora Park.
The Youngstown Jewish Center, B’nai B’rith and Y.M.H.A. are jointly sponsoring the outing. Dr. Harold Golcomb is chairman of the scholarship contest.
