After launching a savage attack on Ernest F. S. “Putzy” Hanfstaengl as “a gin-worshipping, official Jew-baiting, propaganda apostle of race hatred and bigotry” who is now abusing his privileges as a guest of this country, Samuel Untermyer, president of the Non-Sectarian Anti-Nazi League, delivered a report on the effectiveness of the anti-Nazi boycott in an address here this evening at the Metropolitan Opera House.

The speech was delivered under the joint auspices of the Pennsylvania State Federation of Labor, Central Labor Union, American Legion, World War Veterans, and other civic bodies. The speech was broadcast over a national network of the Columbia Broadcasting System.
