More than 2,000 delegates of trade unions are expected to meet tonight in the auditorium of Washington Irving High School, 40 Irving place, to demand modern housing and the abolition of tenements. Among those scheduled to speak are Mayor F. H. LaGuardia, B. C. Vladeck and Commissioner Langdon W. Post.
