Viktor Lutze, new chief of the Nazi storm troopers, today announced that the more than 2,500,000 brownclad Hitlerites he commands would be stripped of rifles and sidearms and reduced to a force of about 800,000 Nazi party members who would comprise an unarmed political unit.
