Fresh developments in connection with the confession made by Abdul Mejid incriminating his fellow convict Issa Darwish, in the murder of Dr. Chaim Arlosoroff, have come to light and are likely to have material effect on the appeal to be made Monday before the Palestine Appeals Court on behalf of Abraham Stavsky, convicted of the murder, the Jewish Telegraphic Agency was reliably informed today.

Efforts to obtain a postponement of the appeal on behalf of Stavsky were being made today by the municipality of Tel Aviv on the ground that the appeal, which is of great interest to all Jews in Palestine, will be heard on the same day that the burial of Chaim Nachman Bialik. Hebrew poet laureate, is to take place in Tel Aviv.
