Eleven Jewish girls were among the twelve members elected to the Hunter College Chapter of Pi Mu Epsilon, the national honor mathematics fraternity. The girls are Beatrice Falk, Sylvia Gold, Helen Kaufman, Celia Klempner, Edith Kramer, Ruth Pecker, Sylvia Potosky, Doris Rosenberg, Esther Rosenberg, Lilyan Rosenfeld and Marion Weinstein.
