Prodigy to Play Solo in Syracuse Nov. 27

Helen Kwalwasser, six-year-old Jewish violin prodigy, will make her first public appearance on November 27 as soloist with the Syracuse University orchestra under the direction of her teacher, Andre Polash, conductor of the orchestra and head of the university violin department.

The youthful violinist will play the Bach Concerto in A minor, a composition for violin and orchestra.
