The United Rumanian Jews of America yesterday made representations to the Rumanian Legation in this country protesting the discrimination against Jews implicit in the new National Labor Law recently enacted in Rumania.

The organization addressed a communication to the Legation for transmission to Minister of Foreign Affairs Nicholas Titulescu. The letter, signed by Leo Wolfson, president, and Herman Speier, secretary, follows:

“The manner in which the law is being applied is deliberately seeking to take away the means of a livelihood from the Jews.
