Cyclists ‘too Fluent’ in Hebrew, Rabbi Finds

Eleven Palestine motorcyclists clad in blue jerseys rolled into Paterson and were met by a committee of prominent local officials.

In the midst of the reception, Rabbi Max Zucker of Passaic, acting as interpreter, got into difficulty.

“Their Hebrew is too fluent,” he admitted laughingly.

The cyclists are touring the world in behalf of the Palestine Maccabi Association.
