Settlement of Refugees in Northern Canada Studied

An international committee in Geneva in which Great Brit-a in, Canada and the United States are represented, is studying the possibilities of opening undeveloped areas of northern Canada to racial and political refugees, canadian defense Minister Ian Mackenzie disclosed in an interview here. He would not express an opinion on the likelihood of the territory’s being opened.
