Dr. Stephen S. Wise, chairman of the American Emergency Committee for Zionist Affairs, today announced that Dr. Emanuel Neumann, former member of the World Zionist Executive, who for the last two years was at the head of the Department of Public Relations and Political Action of the Committee, has resigned. Dr. Wise paid tribute to “Dr. Neumann’s able and devoted work” on behalf of the Committee. The Zionist Organization of American has elected Dr. Neumann one of its representatives to the Emergency Committee.
