Polish Government Seeks Pact with Russia on Aid to Refugees from Poland

The Polish Government is prepared to negotiate with Russia on the question of providing relief for refugees from Poland, without raising the issue of their nationality, it was stated here today in reliable quarters. This would permit the sending of relief to those Polish Jews in Russia whom the Soviet authorities consider as Russian citizens despite the fact that they hold Polish passports, it was pointed out.
