Acting upon a cable received from Chief Rabbi Herzog of Palestine, the Lubavitcher Rebbe today issued a strongly-worded protest against the Jewish Agency, charging it with transferring Jewish refugee children in Palestine to non-religious educational institutions.
In his protest, the Lubavitcher Rebbe calls upon all rabbis in the United States and other places to join in demanding that “the Jewish Agency transfer the refugee children to religious educational institutions in Palestine.
