Jewish organizations here, and in Goteborg and Nalmoe, have submitted a memorandum to the Minister of Justice drawing his attention to the status of stateless refugees now in Sweden, it was reported today.

The memorandum asked that the stateless persons should be placed in the same category as Beltic refugees, who are permitted to seek employment here and urged that legislation be drafted to accord them legal rights and to allow them to become naturalized without waiting for the ten-year period required under present laws.
