To the roster of Jews who worked on the development of the atomic bomb can now be added the names of two New York high school teachers, Milton and Harold Goldberg, brothers.
At a public ceremony yesterday in the offices of the New York City Board of Education, Superintendent John Wade told the brothers that the board “takes pardonable pride in the fact that you are teachers in the public school system.” Both of the Goldbergs have been working on the project since 1942.
