Daniel Frisch, national chairman of the administrative council of the Zionist Organization of America, arrived here today to inaugurate the 1946 fund raising drive of the Jewish National Fund. Mr. Frisch came here in response to an invitation from the Zionist Organization and the JNF bureau in Havana.
