French Jewry is facing a resurgence of anti-Semitism with Vichy elements again coming to the fore, Marc Jarblum, president of the Zionist Federation of France, said in an interview here today. While the French-Jewish authorities, he said, have not yet organized a systematic defense program against anti-Semitic activities, cooperation has been established to safeguard Jewish interests.
