U.S. Reclamation Expert Leaves for Israel on Two-year Mission

Arthur J. Power, Bureau of Reclamation canal design expert left Washington today for Israel where he will join other reclamation engineers on a two-year assignment with the Foreign Operations Administration. Mr. Power will work with Wilfred L. Karrer and Tom B. Thomas, reclamation engineers already advising Israel Government officials, in the development of Israel’s land and water resources.
