Rabbi Herbert Friedman, executive vice chairman of the United Jewish Appeal, arrived here today to study latest developments in the Hungarian Jewish refugee situation.

Meanwhile, a delegation of the Poale Agudas Israel organization has arrived here to organize refugee immigration to three Israeli villages planned to honor the names of three Hungarian Jewish heroes of World War II.
