Ambassador Arthur Lourie, Israel’s new envoy to Canada, presented this week-end his credentials to Supreme Court Chief Justice Patrick Kerwin who acted on behalf of Governor-General Vincent Massey who is on a tour of Eastern Canada. Mr. Lourie is deputy head of the Israeli delegation to the United Nations and is expected to commute regularly between Ottawa and New York.
