Three members of Colin Jordan’s British National Socialist movement were caught in the act of smearing swastikas and anti-Jewish slogans on city buildings and arrested.
Patrick O’Connor, 24, and Rodney Rodgers, 20, were each fined 10 pounds ($28). The third dauber, whose name was not given, was remanded for psychiatric observation.
