Dividends were declared here today by two companies of the AMPAL group of corporations. The Israel Development Corporation declared a year-end dividend of 45 cents per common share payable January 15 to shareholders of record November 30. Ampal-American Israel Corporation declared a dividend of 30 cents per share, equal to a rate of 6 percent on its 4 percent preferred stock payable February 6 to shareholders of record December 31.
