Munich Airport police arrested three armed Arabs boarding a Yugoslavian airliner Tuesday night and charged that they planned to hijack it to an unknown destination. Police testified in magistrates court that the three passengers were carrying loaded pistols. An English language leaflet was found on the person of one of them urging passengers to remain calm. Munich Airport was the scene of a fatal attack last week on El Al passengers.
