Mayor John V. Lindsay of New York and Yigal Allon, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education and Culture of the State of Israel, will be the principal speakers at the International Inaugural Conference for Israel Bonds, meeting here from Thursday through Sunday, It was announce by Samuel Rothberg, Inaugural Conference Chairman. The Conference will launch a drive to sell a record total of Israel Bonds during 1970.
