An Israeli official committed suicide after a television expose implicated him in a series of road deaths. Yitzhak Hershkovitz, a senior member of the Public Works Authority, killed himself Saturday, apparently distraught at a Channel Two exclusive linking him to deadly negligence in maintaining roads in northern Israel.
