Arab League to Tighten Boycott of “zionist” Goods; Arab Leader Hails Military Pact

Jerusalem, Oct. 15 (JTA) –

The Arab League Council today decided on measures to strengthen the boycott of "Zionist-made" goods and also decided to bar Jews from on ##ring all Arab states, before adjourning its eight-day secret session, it was reported tonight from Beirut.

Abdul Rahman Azzam Pasha, general-secretary of the League, declared that Palestine was the keystone about which had been built the first agreement for military cooperation in the history of the Arab nations. He also referred to the agreement as ? greatest achievement of the League since its organization in 1944.

Another Beirut dispatch says that the ex-Mufti of Jerusalem has held several conferences with Fauzi Bey Kawukji, Syrian terrorist leader, who is rumored to be the ## League choice to head any force organized to invade Palestine.
