To Furlough Jewish Soldiers on High Holidays

In order to permit soldiers of the Jewish faith to participate in the celebration of the High Holidays. Secretary of War Davis has directed commanding officers to grant furloughs to permit them to be at their homes, or at places where celebrations are held, from noon of Sept. 13 to noon of Sept. 18, and from the evening of Sept. 22 to noon Sept. 26.
