Lift Immunity for Trial of Ritual Murder Agitator

Deputy Ley, member of the Prussian Diet, where he represents the anti-Semitic Nationalist Party, will have to explain in come on what basis he permitted publication in his paper of a ritual murder charge against Jews.

Deputy Ley is one of the anti-Semitic deputies who shield a number of anti-Semitic organs by being editor in name of the publications. The Ways and Means. Committee of the Died voted today to lift Ley’s immunity to permit action to be brought against him.

In his paper, Deputy Ley published an article in reference to the sensational trial of the student Ha(###), who is charged with having murdered his fellow student, Danbe, Ley’s paper state that Ha(###) was innocent and that Da(###) had been murdered by Jews for “(###) purposes.”
