The memory of the late Jacob H. Schiff will be eulogized by Louis Marshall. president of the American Jewish Committee, Dr. Cyrus Adler, president of the Jewish Theological Seminary of America, and Sol M. Stroock, president of the Federation for the Support of Jewish Philanthropic organizations at the Jacob. H. Schiff Center, 2510 Valentine Avenue, the Bronx. Sunday evening, on the occasion of the 82nd anniversary of Mr. Schiff’s birth, it was announced by the Center directors.
A feature of the function will be the unveiling of a new portrait of Mr. Schiff, painted by Mark S. Joffe.
