Prior to his departure for Palestine, Felix M. Warburg will be tendered a dinner by members of Union Temple and Temple Shaari Zedek at the Unity Club, Bedford Avenue and Dean street, Brooklyn, on Thursday evening, February 28. Justice Mitchell May, honorary chairman of the Brooklyn Division of the United Palestine Appeal, is chairman of the dinner committee, and Benjamin C. Ribman, president of the Unity Club, is secretary.
Dr. Louis D. Gross of Union Temple, chairman of the Eastern Parkway Division of the U. P. A., will be one of the speakers at the dinner. Rabbi Harry Weiss and Abraham Brill, president of Shaari Zedek, are taking part in the arrangements for the dinner.
The dinner is being tendered to Mr. Warburg in appreciation of the important role he played in the creation of the Jewish Agency.
