Dr. Ticho, noted oculist, was stabbed by an Arab near his opthahnic clinic. The wound is serious but not dangerous. The entire city is excited, because Dr. Ticho was extremely popular with all classes of people. Since he settled in Palestine twenty-four years ago, he has treated hundreds of Arabs gratis.
