The eleventh anniversary of Poland’s independence was celebrated by the Jewish population throughout Poland. Special services were held in the synagogues, in which the Jewish soldiers and invalids took part.

The Jewish community of Warsaw was not invited to the celebrations arranged by the government, although in previous years the Jewish community had participated.
