The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People announces the election of Lieutenant Governor Herbert H. Lehman to the board of directors. Mr. Lehman succeeds to the place made vacant by the death of Louis Marshall. Professor Felix Frankfurter, of the Harvard Law School, was chosen to the legal committee of the Association.
