The official list containing the names of a group of German citizens, now in exile, whose German citizenship has been revoked and whose property was ordered confiscated was published today.

The list includes the names of Lion Feuchtwanger, Georg Bernhard, Alfred Kerr, A. Apfel and Bernhard Weiss. The list did not contain the name of Professor Albert Einstein.

The list of proscribed Germans who have displeased the Nazis includes Socialists, Communists, Liberals and pacifists. For some time the Nazi regime has been threatening to take away the citizenship of all Germans in exile who oppose it.
